Privacy Policy

Little Guys is a creative play app for children, made by PT Nilai Warna Indonesia ("we," "us," or "our"). Children use it to photograph their toys, turn the photos into stickers, give the toys names and voices, and gather them into a sticker book.

We built Little Guys for kids around the world, so we designed it to be private by default. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly how the app handles information. It applies to the Little Guys app on Apple's App Store.

1.Information we collect: none

Little Guys does not collect any personal information. The app does not ask for and does not gather a child's name, email address, phone number, birth date, location, photos of faces, contacts, or any account information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account of any kind.

We also do not collect any device or advertising identifiers. Little Guys does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), does not fingerprint your device, and does not track users across other apps or websites.

2.Your child's creations stay on your device

Everything made or used in Little Guys is stored only on your device:

• Photos taken or chosen, and the cut-out stickers made from them
• Sound recordings of a toy's "voice"
• Toy names, sticker collections, and whiteboard arrangements

This content is saved in the app's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded to us and never sent to any server or third party. We operate no servers that receive your content, and we cannot see, access, or recover it. If you delete the app, this content is removed from your device along with it.

3.No internet connection, no third parties

Little Guys works fully offline. The app makes no network connections to transmit your information. It contains no third-party software development kits (SDKs) — no analytics services, no advertising networks, no social-media tools, no crash-reporting or attribution services. Because nothing leaves the device, there is no third party who could receive your child's data.

4.On-device activity log

To help the app work and to guide future improvements, Little Guys may keep a simple record of in-app activity (for example, that a sticker was created or a milestone was reached). This record is stored only on your device, is not tied to your identity, and is never sent to us or anyone else. It is removed when you delete the app.

5.Device permissions we ask for

Little Guys asks your permission only for the features that need it. You can grant or revoke any of these at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security. Denying a permission only disables the related feature; it does not stop the rest of the app from working.

Camera

To photograph a toy so it can be turned into a sticker. Photos are processed on the device and stay there.

Photo Library

To let you pick an existing photo to make a sticker, and to save finished stickers and pictures back to your library. Used only when you choose to.

Microphone

To record a short sound as a toy's "voice." The recording is saved on the device and stays there.

6.We do not share or sell information

Because we do not collect any personal information, there is nothing for us to share, sell, rent, disclose, or use for advertising. We do not, and we never will, sell children's information.

7.Children's privacy (COPPA, GDPR-K, PIPL)

Little Guys is intended for children, and protecting children's privacy is built into how the app works. Because the app collects no personal information and sends nothing off the device, it is designed to comply with children's privacy laws worldwide, including:

• COPPA (the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act): we do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 (or anyone).
• GDPR & GDPR-K (the EU/EEA and UK General Data Protection Regulation, and its provisions for children): we process no personal data, so no consent is required and no data is held about your child.
• PIPL (China's Personal Information Protection Law and its rules on minors' personal information): we do not collect or process personal information of children.

Because all content lives on your device and we hold nothing about your child, parents are always in full control. You can review or delete your child's creations directly in the app at any time, and removing the app erases everything associated with it. If you ever have a question or believe a child has somehow provided personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will help right away.

8.Data retention and deletion

We do not retain any of your information, because we never receive it. The content your child makes remains on your device for as long as you keep it. To remove it, delete individual items inside the app, or delete the Little Guys app to remove all of its content from the device.

9.Security

Your child's creations are kept in the app's private, sandboxed storage and are protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode and Face ID or Touch ID. Because the app does not transmit data, there is no network transfer that could be intercepted.

10.Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. If a future version of the app introduces any feature that would collect or transmit information, we will update this policy and obtain any consent required by law before that feature is used.
